The news this weekend has been dominated by Covid-19 and the debate on whether or not schools should stay closed after the Christmas break - and now there are calls for another national lockdown.
As we reported last week, the government has told primary schools in areas where infections rates are highest to stay closed and delayed the return of secondary school pupils in all areas until Monday, January 18.
But teaching unions and councils elsewhere in the country are calling for schools to stay closed, as well as Doctors' Association UK.
On the other hand, Ofsted's chief inspector has recommended that schools stay open.
Meanwhile, Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer said "its inevitable more schools are going to have to close" earlier today (Sunday, January 3) as he called for another national lockdown to start within the next 24 hours.
This all comes after Prime Minister Boris Johnson appeared on The Andrew Marr Show today and said parents should send their children to school if they are open - but he also said that tougher restrictions might be needed to help curb Covid-19.
What do you think about it all? Is Tier 4 enough or would you like to see schools close and there be another lockdown?
